Who can shop at 21 Cigar Co.?
Our products are for adults 21 and older, in compliance with federal and state tobacco laws. We use AgeChecker.Net to verify your age during the order process, and you may need to provide a government-issued ID at checkout or delivery.
What products do you sell?
We offer premium cigars and (in the near future) accessories like ashtrays, lighters, cutters, and humidors, all available on our storefront at bitcoincigars.com. Product availability may vary, so check our site for the latest selection!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Bankful (credit/debit cards) and BTC Pay Server (Bitcoin). All payments are secure, and exact charges are shown at checkout.
Do you sell individual cigars?
No, we currently only sell cigars in boxes of 12. However, a sampler pack will be available soon that includes six cigars, two of each of our current blends.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to most addresses in the United States, its territories, and APO addresses via USPS. Due to state regulations, we do not ship to Utah or South Dakota. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
- $12 flat fee for orders of $199 or less.
- Free shipping for orders of $200 or more. Exact charges are shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days, but delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or age verification.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of premium cigars, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged in transit or an accessory is defective. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details. We may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Check our Return Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your cigars or accessories arrive damaged due to shipping, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@bitcoincigars.com. Provide photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping box. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We do not offer any modifications to orders once they have been placed. Similarly, we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. We aim to ship online orders in 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you if the product has not shipped.

What is the age requirement to purchase from 21 Cigar Co.?
To purchase cigars from our site, you must be at least 21 years old. We are committed to promoting responsible use, so age verification is required at the time of purchase to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. 21 Cigar Co. products are intended for adult use only.
How will you verify my age?
To make a purchase on bitcoincigars.com, visitors are asked to provide their name, date of birth, and address during checkout. Sometimes, the last 4 digits of a customer's social security number is required to verify their age.
This information is verified by a third-party (Agechecker.net) and cross-referenced with publicly-available records to confirm the person is of legal age. If a user’s public records fail to match or they do not wish to provide certain information, they must upload a valid government-issued I.D. for review by a member of the Agechecker.net compliance team. Manual government identification reviews generally take under 1 minute.
